Every emotion has a certain pattern of breathing. Instead of being overwhelmed by these emotions, we can transform them by applying breathing techniques.

The unique Sudarshan Krya (SKY) breathing technique removes stress, tiredness and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, and brings you calmth and yet energetic, focussed and yet relaxed. Without unwanted emotions and stressors - anger, fear, depression and worriedness - we free ourselves to feelings of happiness and relaxation, and energize ourselves.
